Walk in cooler / Chiller room for beer

Blast freezing chamber for fruits and vegetables storage is a chamber with adjusted temperature, if you store meat and seafoods, temperature will be around -20 degrees celsius. With Movable coldrooms, fruit and vegetables can be kept fresh for long time.

PU panel

Our mould can produce 50mm , 75mm , 100mm , 120mm, 150mm , 200mm thickness panel.

For Movable coldrooms , we suggest using 120mm or 150mm thickness . For Blast freezing chamber, we suggest using 100mm.

PU panel sandwich use PU high pressure foaming. Taking metal materials like color steel sheet, stainless steelplate or some other materials as surface .

Generally polyurethane refrigeratory are combined refrigeratory , assembled by polyurethane panels , it can beassembled in different width and height . We have panels width take 960mm or 1000mm as module , nonstandardsize can be customzed separareky. Internal pre-embedded cam-lock , scientific design, compact installation,strong sealing, easy construction.

Condensing unit

Compressor is the most important equipment in refrigeration equipment (It often referred to as the host refrigerationequipment) . We mainly offer original new Bitzer and copeland brand compressor.

Compressor compresses the lower pressure steam into higher pressure steam, which reduces the volume of steamand raises the pressure. The compressor sucks in the lower-pressure working fluid vapor from the evaporator to increasethe pressure and send it to the condenser. The condenser condenses into a liquid with higher pressure. After the throttleis throttled, it becomes a liquid with a lower pressure. Low liquid is sent to the evaporator, absorbs heat in the evaporatorand evaporates into low-pressure steam, and is sent to the inlet of the compressor, thereby completing the refrigeration cycle.

Our engineer use professional softwareto calculate the design proposal then choose the most suitable condensing unit and evaporator according to customer'srequirements. So it can save customers' using costs while meeting customers' refrigeration demand.

Production of High Temperature Unit CoolerThis program applies to production models of high temperature unit cooler, as defined below and meet the following criteria:

Use refrigerant R-717 for DX and/or liquid overfeed coils;

Aluminum fins;

Single vertical coil;

Horizontal only air flow direction (the air flows to or from the inlet face of the coil from or to the fan inlet, with no change in direction);and Axial fans only.

A factory made assembly including means for forced air circulation and elements by which heat is transferred from air to refrigerantwithout any element external to the cooler imposing air resistance. These may also be referred to as Air Cooler, Cooling Units, AirUnits or Evaporators. Unit Coolers utilize a volatile refrigerant fed by either direct expansion or liquid overfeed with ratings basedon wet or dry conditions.
